A Five-Day Guided Retreat

• Arrival for dinner and orientation

• 2 days of coaching to clarify starting point and intention, and to begin exploring the deeper roots of the key issues. Identification of core patterns
• 2 days of solitude and reflection in the Gangga bungalow by the river (fruit and water fast) in relation to the key question and enigma highlighted in the first two days
• 1 day consolidation, integration and bridging to future direction and actions

• Closure and departure after breakfast

Five days, six nights. Arrival for dinner before first full day. Five full days, departure after breakfast on the morning after the five full days.
